1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the minions888 website, services, and platform, accessible via minions888.com. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on minions888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with minions888's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between you and minions888. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

Minions888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the minions888 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use minions888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list from any gambling platform or recognised exclusion programme.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Not an employee, partner, or representative of minions888 or any of its affiliated companies.

Minions888 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. minions888 is not liable for any losses arising from platform misuse by ineligible individuals.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at minions888. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses. This applies even if additional accounts are registered under a different name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address.

During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current at all times.

You are solely responsible for keeping your minions888 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. minions888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Minions888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, available exclusively for Malaysian users:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all supported Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for regular members, though limits may vary by VIP membership tier. All deposits are processed within one to three minutes depending on the chosen payment method. Deposits that fail to process within 30 minutes should be reported to our support team with proof of payment.

Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the minions888 platform. minions888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose their own charges beyond our control.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your minions888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 each request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals below RM10,000 are typically processed same-day during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 9am–11pm). Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may take two to three business days and are subject to additional review.
• All first-time withdrawals require a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.

Minions888 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or a breach of these Terms while an investigation is conducted. In such cases, the member will be contacted within 48 business hours. If the investigation confirms no violation, the withdrawal will be processed promptly.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by minions888 are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as specified on the Promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Only settled and valid bets will count toward rollover requirements. Cancelled, drawn, or below-minimum bets will not be counted.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member may claim this bonus once.
• Minions888 reserves the right to void any bonus if a player is found to have abused the promotions system, including using multiple accounts or employing wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (for example, systematic hedge betting).
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in its respective promotional terms and cannot be extended.

Rollover requirements vary across game categories — slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting each have their own terms, all clearly stated on the minions888 Promotions page. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the specific conditions of each promotion before claiming it.

7 Game Rules & Wagering

All games on minions888 — including slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), Table Games, Lottery, and Sports Betting — are governed by their respective rules as displayed within each game interface. Game results are final and may not be disputed except in the event of a proven technical fault.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are clearly displayed before you join.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active round, minions888's system will resolve the round based on data recorded on the server. The outcome is binding in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Bets placed after a result has been determined (for example, after cards are flipped in Baccarat or the ball has landed in Roulette) will be voided and returned to your account balance.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.

Minions888 reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed based on inside information, game manipulation, or any form of fraud. In such cases, the affected bet will be cancelled and the relevant balance adjusted accordingly.

8 Member Responsibilities & Conduct

As a minions888 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using automation software, bots, or any tools designed to circumvent fair play systems.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Table Games or Sports Betting.
• Using unauthorised public or confidential information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Engaging in money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without any meaningful gambling activity.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players on the minions888 platform.
• Attempting to access minions888 systems or databases without authorisation.

Any breach of the above will result in immediate action, including instant account suspension, forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Minions888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or incomplete KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

In the event of account suspension due to an investigation, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member once the investigation concludes with no proven violation. If a violation is proven, minions888 reserves the right to withhold all funds associated with the fraudulent activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact minions888 customer support via live chat or email at support@minions888.com. Any remaining balance (after deducting unqualified bonuses) will be returned to the original payment method within three to five business days.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, minions888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the minions888 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond minions888's control, including internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any gambling decision made based on inaccurate information from external sources.

This limitation of liability does not, however, diminish any rights afforded to users under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws. minions888 is committed to resolving all valid complaints fairly and transparently through our customer support channels.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by minions888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible via Privacy Policy page. By using the minions888 platform, you agree to the data processing practices described in that Privacy Policy.

In brief, minions888 collects personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations. 12 Amendments & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to negotiation with minions888. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by minions888.
